This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect - it's close to the center and easy to get around. There are plenty of food options in and around the plaza, so I never had to worry about finding something delicious to eat. The staff here is simply the best. From the moment I arrived, Sergio at the front door greeted me with a big smile and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The service here is top-notch and everyone, from the help desk to the restaurant staff, was super friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend this place to others. It's a great value for the price and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

hotel del prado exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in mexico city. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were large and comfortable. the location was central and convenient, with a shopping center right downstairs for anything you need.

No kettle in the room.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, delicious restaurant food, and attached shopping center. The location in a safe neighborhood and the spacious rooms were also a plus.

So glad we chose it, spent 3 very nice days here. All of the staff was helpful and amicable. The daily service was excellent! Marvellous location to a nearby store oxxo made it easy to get to key attractions. Miguel Hidalgo district was worth exploring.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the heart of the exhilarating Mexico City. The location was perfect, as it was situated next to a large but uninteresting shopping mall. There were plenty of food options in the mall, allowing us to explore different cuisines every night. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, such as a well-equipped gym and a restaurant with excellent service. it was a truly enjoyable experience.

The road repairs being conducted near the hotel caused some noise disturbance during the night.
